Job description
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a dynamic team? If so, we want you to join our team as a Outdoor Plant Dock Crew Member! In this role, you'll be working in our distribution center and inventory control yard, organizing plant orders and handling materials with various equipment. You'll also assist with the care of plants and ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers.

- Experience in plant care or horticulture is a plus!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with bilingual English/Spanish skills being a plus.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to working safely.
- Full-time, outdoor position.
- Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40-55 hours per week) during our peak season (April to November).
- Winter months (December to March) involve snow removal duties with variable hours.
- Overtime may be required depending on workload.
