Job description

We are seeking an experienced NYC DOB Superintendent to oversee the field operations of ground-up residential construction projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multifamily rental, condominium, mixed-use, and affordable housing developments from excavation through project turnover. Client Details Our client is a premier name in the development and construction space in NYC. They specialize in ground up construction with a focus on mixed use affordable housing and market rate projects. Description DOB Superintendent Supervise and manage on-site construction personnel to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee the finances of projects, including budget management and cost control. Collaborate with investors and stakeholders by providing project updates and addressing concerns. Develop and monitor scopes of work to align with project specifications and timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes on-site. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
