NRO Recruiter

The NRO Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, credentialing, hiring, and reactivating caregivers for new work assignments.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Weekly performance requirements:

o Make 250 outbound calls (50 calls per day)

o Complete 15 interviews/phone screenings

o Hire or reactivate 5 new candidates or employees

Monthly performance requirements:

o Hire or reactivate 20 new candidates or employees

o Complete any other specified goals as directed by the Manager

Actively recruit and hire caregivers through various recruiting platforms

Review and complete necessary credentialing documents

Follow up frequently with candidates to maintain a pipeline of candidates in the onboarding process

Communicate with other Recruiters and Departments to better align recruiting efforts

Ensure caregivers use the True Helix Mobile Application for credentialing, hiring, and self-scheduling purposes

Ensure caregivers meet federal, state, and client compliance standards

Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and candidates

Participation in Off-Duty Waiting Time shifts is a requirement. ย Must assist in answering phone calls and associated troubleshooting tasks when triggered during the waiting to be engaged period

Complete tasks and special projects as requested by the VP of MSP and the Executive Team

Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday

Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach

Ability to lift, up to 25 pounds, occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, work in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
