Position Summary
CCT, as part of ITT's global strategy, is working to upgrade outdated ERP systems and expand the SAP footprint by leveraging internal SAP teams and expertise. Over the next 3-5 years, we anticipate project implementations across various plants. Based on current and upcoming projects, CCT is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst to assist with delivering new SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and supporting existing SAP systems.
As the Senior SAP Analyst (PP/QM), you will be responsible for working hands-on on SAP capabilities, delivering SAP implementations, and providing ongoing support for our SAP systems. Your role is pivotal in optimizing our supply chain, manufacturing and quality processes, and ensuring they align with our plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP and an in-depth understanding of manufacturing industry and related processes.
Essential Responsibilities
  • This position plays a key role as a cross-functional subject matter expert and technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Requirements gathering, hands-on SAP configuration, functional specification for custom developments, testing execution and support throughout the delivery of new and modified SAP processes and solutions
  • Be capable of leading end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of best practices and transforming business processes through advising and guiding business users
  • Assume partial project management responsibility where needed
  • Ability to organize and direct the activities of others, such as consultants, both for project work and sustaining activities related to support and enhancements
  • Experience with key integration areas in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, as well as interfaces to and from external systems
  • Proactively work and mitigate any unforeseen risks
  • Recommend the most appropriate and scalable long terms solutions for business
  • Support world-wide IT projects in the SAP space
  • Help develop training documentation for end users
  • Good understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry domain
  • Prepare process flows /training documents and execute training for key business users and end users
  • Act as a business partner and create long-term relationships with key business users and stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting SAP PP/QM solution
  • Hands on experience with SAP WM is highly beneficial
  • 5+ full cycle SAP implementation projects
  • Hands on experience configuring SAP based processes
  • Solid understanding on demand planning, MRP, batch management, serialization, in-house manufacturing, subcontracting processes
  • Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules MM, WM, FI, CO and SD
  • Must have good knowledge in following QM areas: QM Master Data, Quality Planning, Inspection process, Notifications, Certificates, Supplier Quality Management, Batch Management
  • Good understanding of SOX requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Occasional travel up to 10% may be required based on business needs, such as workshops, trainings, meetings with partners, or professional development.
