Loan Servicing Data Transfer Analyst (Remote)
Agility 360 is seeking a skilled Loan Servicing Data Transfer Analyst to support a strategic initiative for a client. This role focuses on integrating and mapping data from external real estate and mortgage platforms into our clients' systems, ensuring complete accuracy, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MSP (Black Knight) or ICE Mortgage Technology, strong SQL and integration skills, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution. This role plays a key part in modernization of data infrastructure and enables scalable, high-quality data exchange across a large financial ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Design, build, and maintain data integrations between external mortgage/real estate platforms and client's systems
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of data flows
  • Work with systems such as MSP (Black Knight) and/or ICE Mortgage Technology to extract, transform, and load servicing data
  • Develop and execute SQL queries, scripts, and data pipelines to support integration and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data mapping and integration logic
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and system errors
  • Partner with third-party vendors to support connectivity and integration solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all systems and integrations
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing data infrastructure modernization initiatives
  • Document data mappings, workflows, and integration processes
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external partners

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, business systems analysis, or mortgage technology environments
  • Hands-on experience with MSP (Black Knight) and/or ICE Mortgage Technology (Encompass/DNA)
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and system integrations
  • Advanced SQL skills (data extraction, transformation, validation, performance tuning)
  • Working knowledge of .NET or similar programming languages (C#, etc.)
  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing or real estate system data structures
  • Proven ability to ensure high data accuracy and integrity in complex environments
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
