We are seeking someone with a demonstrated passion for providing exceptional in-person customer service with a background that highlights their ability to successfully engage with clients while using their keen attention to detail to review documents, accurately and quickly update computer databases and accurately handle monetary transactions. Work experience with DMV transactions, as a teller, loan origination or administrative support of car dealerships is a significant plus.

You will do this by quickly and accurately completing DMV related transactions through the review and verification of client documents. You will use these documents to update various computer databases while issuing personal and vehicle credentials. You will also offer additional services to enhance the customer's experience. You will be part of a team of fellow agents and managers that are always available to answer questions and assist. Minimum Qualifications & Physical Requirements

At least 18 years of age

Possess a valid Alaska driver's license or ID

Ability to pass a federal background check

Ability to type 40 WPM, and proficient using 10-key for data entry

Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs. Regularly

Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Hours

Full Time (40-hour week) with the potential for overtime

Office hours are Monday-Saturday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM

Shifts are 8 hours plus a lunch break

Compensation

New UMV employees on average earn between $48,000 and $53,000 annually in total compensation and benefits

Hourly Wage: $20+ Depending on Experience

Audit Accuracy Bonuses ($100 each)

Various incentive bonuses

10% Commission on additional services paid monthly ($125 average)

Potential performance bonuses twice per year ($2000 annually)

Benefits

Paid Time Off (10 days annually with 2 day increases at 2 & 4 years of full-time employment)

Paid Holidays after 60 days of employment. 8 per year with extended weekends for Memorial Day and Labor Day

Healthcare stipend after 60 days of employment ($100 per pay period/$2600 over 12 months)

401K with 4% match after 1 year of full-time employment

Equity ownership with potential dividend payments
