Job description:
Overview
The Wholesale DMV Clerk is responsible for processing and reconciling wholesale vehicle transactions, ensuring accuracy in deal posting, billing, and documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Process wholesale vehicle deals, including posting and billing
  • Verify deal documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and submit wholesale invoices and titles
  • Process Used Car Purchases
  • Track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Reconcile schedules related to wholesale transactions
  • Work closely with the sales and title departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of all wholesale transactions
  • Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of accounting or dealership experience required
  • Experience handling DMV paperwork required
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
