Job Description
As a manufacturing employee, you will be responsible for the process of packaging product and other processes that accommodate the packaging process. You will be responsible for following specific instructions and quality standards and ensuring the smooth flow of production while maintaining a safe work area.
Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking while also performing repetitive tasks
  • Removing packages from shipping containers to proper pallets
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to effectively relate with others and cooperate as a team member
  • Ability to perform essential functions and responsibilities of the job with some supervision
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Safety toe shoe mandatory. Steel toe or composite toe.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $15.50 an hour not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
