Import Division

Responsibilities:

  • You'll spend your days overseeing the service department's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • You'll lead and mentor a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • You'll manage service appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
  • You'll implement and monitor service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • You'll handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • You'll analyze service department performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Required: Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in an import dealership setting.
  • Required: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
  • Required: Knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer service best practices.
  • Preferred: Experience with service department software and tools.
  • Preferred: ASE certification or equivalent industry credentials.
