We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Department/Division Lead to join our team!

Responsibilities:
· Contributor to the program-wide procedure documents system.
· Screens incoming correspondence and other tasks and responds to requests for information concerning office procedures.
· Arranges conferences and meetings and assembles established background materials, as directed. May attend meetings and record and report on the proceedings.
· Performs correspondence peer reviews for consistency and conformance with the Navy Correspondence Manual; assures that proper authorizations have been obtained, when needed.
· Collects information from the files or staff for routine inquiries on office program(s) or periodic reports. Refers non-routine requests to contractor lead.
· Prepares materials needed by the Government for conferences, correspondence, and meetings.
· Prepares special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, other offices, etc., under general directions.
· Performs Administrative Specialist/Associate tasks as required.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
· Secret Security Clearance Required
· Background experience on the program is required
