Job Description:
The Role
Entegris is seeking a new Divisional Finance Director to serve as the primary finance business partner for our Formulated Solutions Business Unit.
The new hire in this role will be the trusted finance partner for our General Manager and leadership team.
The new leader in this role will operate with significant autonomy and influence to provide strategic financial leadership, decision support, planning forecasting, investment analysis, and performance management that will drive business results and support long-term value creation.
Our Formulated Solutions business unit represents approximately $950M in annual revenue across five Strategic Business Units and is a key business within Entegris.
What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, resource allocation decisions, investment priorities, and strategic business initiatives.

  • Influence business strategy through financial insights, data-driven recommendations, and objective decision support.

  • Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives to support sound business decisions.

  • Partner with Operations and Business Unit leadership on capacity planning, capital investment decisions, and operational optimization efforts.

Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for the Formulated Solutions Business Unit.

  • Ensure financial forecasts and business assumptions are aligned with operational objectives and enterprise goals.

  • Analyze key business drivers and financial performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Advance a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging systems, tools, and analytics to deliver executive-level reporting, analytics, and insights that inform decision-making.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead the Formulated Solutions Finance team.

  • Provide coaching, development, succession planning, and performance management.

  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and business partnership.

  • Build organizational capabilities to support growth and complexity of the business.

Governance, Risk & Financial Stewardship
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and governance requirements.

  • Partner with Corporate Finance, Controllership, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and transparency.

What We Seek
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive Business Unit Finance, FP&A, or other Finance leadership roles

  • Strong track record of supporting large business units or product portfolios within a manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or industrial environment.

  • An expert in shaping and driving strategic decisions through financial analysis and business insights.

  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership exposure with a passion for developing finance professionals.

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial credentials preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate effectively to financial and non-financial audiences.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a complex global matrix organization.

  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

  • Track record of driving process improvements and organizational transformation.
