Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a IMAGING AIDE to join our RADIOLOGY team!
The Imaging Aide is a non-licensed staff member who has completed on-the-job training and works under the direction of registered technologists to assist with providing patient care. Supports registered technologists by preparing rooms for procedures, providing patient transportation and support, assisting with procedures, and maintaining supply inventory.
HOURS: Occasional day shift hours only based on applicant availability and department need
Experience/Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred, or students participating in WI Youth Apprenticeship.
  • Previous work experience in an acute care setting is beneficial but not required.
  • Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Site specific competencies in protocols, equipment, computer systems and applications.
