Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. Divine Care LLC is a small residential assisted living licensed facility with two locations in Burnsville, MN and Apple Valley, MN. Both locations currently have four residents. Divine Care LLC is primarily engaged in providing personalized medical assistance and therapeutic services through person-centered care for adults. We have a staff of highly trained nurses, home-health aides, and certified nursing assistants who work to optimize the physical, mental, spiritual, and social wellbeing of our residents while providing quality medical service and attentive support. We are looking for CNAs or HHAs for part-time position. We also have trainers/nurses here who can train those without certifications or with no experience in healthcare and receive your Home Health Aide certificate once you complete that training and start working with us.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Assist with daily cares such as personal hygiene needs, dressing, feeding
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Light and deep housekeeping activities
  • Dispense medication
  • Provide companionship
  • Assist with errands and shopping
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA or similar role is preferred
  • First aid and CPR-certified preferred
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
