• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with cultural sensitivity to understand each patient's individual experiences and background.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of patients, ensuring that cultural considerations are at the forefront of all interventions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on empowering patients to overcome their mental health challenges and improve resilience.
• Work closely with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists to provide coordinated care, including participation in weekly case conferences and team meetings.
• Respond effectively to mental health crises, delivering immediate support and intervention as necessary.
• Offer educational resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community support services.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and cultural competency training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment strategies, and the importance of cultural competence in providing effective therapy.
• Experience delivering therapy in both individual and group settings, utilizing inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, maintaining patient confidentiality, and establishing healthy boundaries.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency response practices.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development in mental health practices.
