Our challenge

We are seeking a Drive cross-functional delivery of platform initiatives, coordinating engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is$130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across engineering pods.
  • Coordinate between vendor resourcing teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Track risk, issues, and delivery status; report to leadership.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years technical program/project management experience.
  • Experience in blockchain, fintech, or large-scale platform programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
  • PMP/Agile certification a plus.
