Digital Sales Associate – ADP

Take ownership of selling ADP’s payroll, tax, human resources and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing solutions to decision‑makers across organizations ranging from Fortune 100 to small businesses, and build a book of business through entrepreneurial and customer‑centric engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Grow our business and build your own book of business through independent and collaborative effort within your geography.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a targeted sales strategy toward decision‑makers and business owners.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family, cultivating additional business within existing accounts and selling cloud‑based human resources solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with customers and internal partners, demonstrating integrity, ethical standards and grace under pressure.
Required Qualifications
  • Quick learner of new tools and technology, leveraging real‑time data and insights to assist clients and prospects throughout the buying journey.
  • Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to conduct proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection; manages time efficiently and presents ideas professionally.
  • Continuous learner, always questioning the status‑quo and seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Two or more years of sales experience or a sales internship; college degree is not required but preferred.
  • Military experience is a plus, highlighting teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust‑building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior quota‑carrying experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
  • Experience using video platforms.
