As a Commercial Diver at Midco, you will be part of a team that handles diverse and complex projects nationwide. You will travel the country, working on everything from lakes, dams, and bridges to potable water tanks and underwater construction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in challenging environments and is committed to upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Excellence: Consistently meet company standards for cleaning, inspection, repairs, and client reporting.
  • Work Independently and as a Team: Complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly, both on routine and unique job sites. Be able to work independently when required and provide direction to others.
  • Prioritize Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations at all times to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and clients.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and professional communication with your team, management, and clients regarding project scope, schedule changes, and safety issues.
  • Tackle Diverse Environments: Perform tasks in challenging conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces. This role involves physical activities like climbing, hoisting, crawling, and squatting for extended periods.
  • Handle Paperwork: Accurately complete electronic reports and logs, including daily logs, dive logs, and additional work reports.
  • Travel and Adaptability: Be prepared for extensive year-round travel and to work in various climates and demanding conditions, including heights and confined spaces.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Commercial Dive School Diploma required, with at least one year of inland diving experience
  • Valid Dive Physical (completed within the last year)
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Current ADCI Diver Card preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Potable diving experience is a huge plus!
