Diving Coach: Mankato West High School Girls Swim/Dive
West High School & Dakota Meadows Middle School
Positions are available for Mankato West/Dakota Meadows Girls Swim/Dive Program beginning August 2026. This positions are for approximately 2 hours per day/5 days per week (after school).
Summary of Duties:
  • Prepare successful practice and performance plans while encouraging student participation, establishing team rapport, and motivating participants to achieve maximum potential.
  • Be an example of sportsmanship
  • Maintain equipment and inventory of all equipment, including uniforms.
  • Supervise all areas of participation, including but not limited to: gyms, fields, locker rooms, buses, pools, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaching staff, Activities Director, families, and community resources.
  • Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.

Preferred Qualities:
Previous participation and/or coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Qualifications Required:
Must meet MSHSL and Board guidelines
Rate of Pay:
$2,240 to $4,900 depending on level, activity, and experience.
