Need a 1st or 2nd shift opportunity where you can support inventory, shipping, receiving, and keep things moving? If you enjoy fast-paced work and take pride in staying organized and accurate, this could be a great fit!

Ditsch USA is looking for Warehouse Associates to join their Cincinnati team on 1st and 2nd shift. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, shipping, tracking inventory, moving materials, and helping keep production and shipments running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity. Starting pay: $20.50 - $21.50/hour.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep warehouse and production operations running smoothly by supporting inventory, shipments, material movement, and warehouse organization. In this role, you will:

  • Receive, ship, and track inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Use scanners and warehouse systems.
  • Operate forklifts or material handling equipment if trained.
  • Move materials throughout warehouse, dock, freezer, and production areas.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

What You Bring

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory experience required.
  • ERP system experience required; SAGE 100 experience is a plus.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, dock, freezer, and production areas.
