Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced, goal-oriented District Sales Manager!

Base salary ranges from $90,000 - $100,000 annually, depending upon experience in B2B sales and leadership within the staffing industry.


Position Overview:

The District Sales Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong B2B sales ability and extensive experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business across multiple markets. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships. Responsibilities:

· Leads each branch designated to your territory through coaching and development of both sales and operational teams. Sets an example of consistently meeting goals and expectations for reporting team to follow

· Develops a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Accurately communicates branch performance to executive leadership. Develops strategic improvement plans to meet long and short-term goals.

· Researches market trends to identify new market opportunities and anticipate the needs of clients

· Promotes the company's products/services while predicting client objectives

· Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Negotiate with clients to meet mutually beneficial agreements. Follow through on agreements.

· Keeps record of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. for each branch in your area. Accurately calculates current branch growth and estimates upcoming branch performance

· Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients. Begins, develops, and maintains strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

· Meet or exceed personal quotas while holding sales/recruitment teams accountable for performance goals. Actively evaluates branch performances. Proactively addresses performance issues and creates improvement plans for team. Ensures expected revenue growth of assigned branches and overall territory.


Key Success Factors

· Developed market/industry knowledge from first-hand experience in staffing industry sales required

· Connections to potential clientele of Wise Staffing Group or experience with similar industries serviced by our company (e.g. manufacturing, light industrial, construction) strongly preferred.

· Excellent leadership, coaching, and management skills. Prior experience in territory/multi-location management preferred

· Well-developed sales track record with visible revenue growth

· Experience with client support/account management strongly preferred

· Proficiency is MS Office, CRM software, and ATS (e.g. HubSpot, Avionte)


Environment:

The District Sales Manager is an adaptable and versatile member of the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is on-site only and offers no opportunity for remote/hybrid scheduling. The District Sales Manager will travel to businesses to promote and sell Wise Staffing Group’s services while managing a multi-branch sales and operations team. Typical office hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work beyond typical office hours as business needs require. The District Sales Manager is required to use a personal vehicle and cell phone for business related travel and communications.
