Job Summary

The Director of Distribution & Channel Development is responsible for developing, owning, and executing TIME Manufacturing's distribution and channel strategy across North America while supporting the growth of the Export and Latin America distribution channels. This role has overall accountability for the performance, expansion, and optimization of the company's dealer and distributor network, ensuring strong market coverage, profitable growth, and alignment with the commercial strategy across all TIME Manufacturing brands. The Director will establish long-term channel strategies, recruit and develop high-performing distribution partners, and drive accountability through business planning, performance management, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing distribution and channel strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and partner performance.
  • Proven experience leading independent dealer/distributor networks, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and channel optimization.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience developing channel strategies, business planning processes, and partner accountability programs.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America, with periodic international travel to support Export and Latin America partners.
