Job Summary

UF Corporation is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience
