Job Title: Delivery Management Project Manager, Senior Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Delivery Management Project Manager to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Delivery Management Project Manager, Senior serves as CACI's senior project management professional , responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of multiple Task Delivery Orders that support logistics , infrastructure, mission support, and operational requirements. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadership to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements while supporting distributed operations across multiple locations. The Delivery Management Project Manager, Senior works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, functional managers, site leads, subcontractors, and mission partners to synchronize project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and performance reporting. This position ensures consistent delivery of customer requirements through disciplined project management, operational integration, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: * Manage the execution of multiple Task Delivery Orders from initiation through closeout.
* Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
* Coordinate project execution across logistics , facilities, mission support, and operational teams.
* Monitor project cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
* Coordinate staffing, subcontractor support, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
* Serve as the primary interface with Government representatives for assigned project activities.
* Prepare and present project status briefings, metrics, and executive reports.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and Government standards.
* Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve performance, quality, and mission objectives .
* Coordinate project changes, issue resolution, and corrective action activities.
* Support transition planning, project startup, and operational readiness activities.
* Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, performance analysis, and process enhancements.
* Mentor project managers and team lead s while fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Support Program Management Office (PMO) activities, strategic planning, and customer engagement. Qualifications: Required: * Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 8 years of experience managing Government programs, projects, or operational initiatives supporting logistics , mission support, or military operations.
* Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
* Experience managing project cost, schedule, performance, and risk within complex Government contracts.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and brief senior Government and military leadership. Desired: * Bachelor's degree in project management , Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent professional project management certification.
* Experience managing large, geographically dispersed programs supporting contingency, expeditionary, or distributed operations.
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, or other project management and reporting tools. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
