Overview
The OSR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the OSR system during operation, including but not limited to clearing rejects, and investigating conveyor and systemic faults. Coordinator is also responsible for the systems upkeep, such as empty tray overflow and case kickout/cleanup.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes
  • Should be familiar with all aspects of operation and maintenance in relations to operations
  • Understanding of metrics for storage and retrieval of inventory
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes in a wide range of functions with capability of coordinating activities in warehousing operations
Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting, Business or Logistics Management)
  • Experience within a warehouse or distribution environment; Preferred: Next day delivery operations experience; experience in automated warehouse
  • Functional system understanding Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; Strong Communication skills – verbal, presentation, writing
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights and weekends when required
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits
 
The anticipated starting salary for this role is $20 per hour to $21 per hour depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.
