Position Summary... What you'll do...Walmart Realty is helping transform the future of our supply chain by preparing regional distribution centers for the next generation of automation. In this role, you will serve as a key project leader supporting Walmart’s automation program, managing facility and infrastructure improvements required to prepare distribution centers for implementation. Key Responsibilities You will own complex, large-scale projects and partner closely with supply chain, design, construction, engineering, and implementation teams to keep projects moving from planning through execution. Success in this role requires creating structure in a complex environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities, anticipating risks before they impact delivery, and ensuring facilities are ready to support critical automation milestones. Ideal Background The ideal candidate has experience delivering projects in industrial environments and brings strong mechanical, electrical, and construction expertise. This role requires travel up to 25%. What You'll Do
