What you'll do:
As Branch Sales Manager, you will have P&L responsibility. Lead your team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers. Much of your time will be in the field, calling on and developing customers. Our diverse customer base includes aggregate. food & beverage, paper, OEMs, schools, hospitals, government, and more.
Develop your team to meet / exceed sales and profit goals by developing a productive, healthy environment where people want to succeed and grow personally and as a team.
  • Hire, train, & develop strong performing team players
  • Develop, manage & implement service center sales activities & strategies, account assignment & territory management, sales performance goal achievement, margins
  • Identify & evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, competitive pressures
  • Recommend & implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, expand market share
  • Personal assigned accounts as required

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years sales management & leadership experience.
  • 2+ yrs B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product.
  • Industrial distribution experience a plus
  • Operations and/or P&L experience a plus
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Written & verbal communication including English grammar
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
