Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Grande Prairie office. Reporting to the Administrative Team Lead/Area Superintendents, you will manage our front desk and provide essential administrative and operational support to our management and field teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and receive outgoing and incoming mail

  • Manage area contact list and distribution

  • Manage distribution and tracking of office security fobs

  • Maintain kitchen, copy rooms, supply rooms, order and stock supplies as needed

  • Point of contact for meal procurement & external meal/room bookings

  • Responsible for coding in Enverus OpenInvoice for assigned area

  • Maintain the GP pool vehicle bookings spreadsheet and schedule maintenance as needed

  • Point of contact for shop regarding gate/building maintenance and security system

  • Provide backup to the administrative team as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years administrative experience. Oilfield specific is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Enverus OpenInvoice to route, code and track vendor invoices

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Confident, polished and professional presentation with a strong work ethic and a friendly open attitude

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask
