Description:

Distribution Supervisor


The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for working directly with the customer pertaining to seed shipments. They have responsibilities for maintaining inventories on bagged product in the warehouse(s). They focus on preparing customer Pick Lists, Bills of Ladings and ensuring customer satisfaction during seed distribution processes. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to:

· Ensure that all paperwork for Customer shipments are prepared and relayed to the Warehouse Supervisor.

· Maintains customers bagged inventory in RIC

· Communicates with customers (as requested) regarding shipment departure from location

· Posts all Bill of Lading in RIC

· Supplies inventory reports to the customer as requested

· Receives into RIC all incoming bagged shipments

· Works with Customers on year end reconciliation on bagged inventories

· Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System

· Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

Requirements

·Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Agronomy, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

·1–3 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations

·Working knowledge of inventory control systems, SAP experience a plus.

·Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record, track, and interpret data in systems like RIC or similar software

·Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities
