ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position requires an individual who can work in a high-performance environment. Attention to details, and team oriented are a must.  This position is responsible for ensuring safety rules and written procedures are always followed and can coach and train employees on a continuous basis.  This leader also incorporates the use of all technologies and equipment provided to manage the workload of his/her subordinates efficiently and effectively.  Previous fleet experience is required.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversees all internal warehouse functions as it pertains to dock activities, shipping and receiving of all raw materials.
  • Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, and processing shipments
  • Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials
  • Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance
  • Keep track of inventory, quality, quantity, and efficiency
  • Responsible for supervision with the Warehouse division
  • Fulfills Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with IWTโ€™s policy and procedures
  • Maintains and services all the IWT Fleet
  • Responsible for keeping all Fleet licenses, titles, and insurance current
  • Maintains and controls accurate inventory
  • Leads the team on daily bases, provides feedback and performs performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the warehousing and logics field
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Education:

  • 10-year relative experience
