WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING:
Duties to include, but not limited to:
• Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety
• Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded
• Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship
• Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings
• Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, RF unit (hand-held), etc.
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort
• Perform other duties assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or company mission
Distribution Material Handler Demonstrates:
• Adherent to attendance policy and ability to work a flexible schedule within reason
• Ability to work on assigned tasks while portraying excellent teamwork mentality
• Problem solving skills and innovative solutions

• Ability to maintain positive moral within the workforce
• Ensure inventory integrity
Education / Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required - training will be provided
• Forklift certification/prior warehouse experience a plus but not required - training will be provided
Working Demands / Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Able to work Monday through Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm or until completion
Reports to: Distribution Manager/ Assistant Distribution Manager/ Supervisor
