Job description

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and high-energy team members to join our team as Weekend-Only Logistics Coordinators supporting our Fairfax, Beltsville, and Glen Burnie locations.

This hands-on role plays a critical part in keeping our clinical operations running smoothly by ensuring our offices, equipment, supplies, and vehicles are organized, clean, and ready for daily patient care activities.

Position Summary:  The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of our office, equipment, and fleet. This includes cleaning and reprocessing equipment, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating routine maintenance, and ensuring supplies are readily available to support our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Clean and organize office and storage areas
  • Restock and maintain medical and operational supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
  • Maintaining the readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and fleet vehicles used by our clinical teams
  • Managing inventory and ensuring critical supplies are stocked and available when needed
  • Cleaning, reprocessing, and preparing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) kits for patient use
  • Performing quality checks and coordinating maintenance for blood testing equipment
  • Coordinating routine vehicle maintenance and repairs with fleet service providers
  • Tracking equipment repairs and ensuring items are returned to service quickly
  • Supporting nursing operations through transportation of lab samples as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Available Locations & Schedules:

  • Fairfax, VA: Saturday-Sunday | 16 hours per week | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 
  • Beltsville, MD: Saturday-Sunday | 16 hours per week | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 
  • Glen Burnie, MD: Saturday-Sunday | 16 hours per week | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle required
