Job Title: Sr. Distribution Administrator
Location: Springdale, AR 72762
Duration: 4 Months+ (Temp to Hire)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Distribution Administrator to support the efficient operation of our distribution and logistics functions. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal departments, vendors, and distribution partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, inventory, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of distribution and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily distribution operations, ensuring smooth execution of order processing, shipping, and receiving activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipment tracking, and product movement across distribution channels.

  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Generate, review, and analyze reports related to inventory levels, shipping performance, and order fulfillment.

  • Support implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service levels within distribution operations.

  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory issues through effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards related to distribution and logistics.

  • Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
