We are seeking an experienced Logistics Routing, Compliance & Office Manager to join our team and play a critical role in supporting client onboarding, retailer compliance, operational execution, and customer success.

Position Overview

The Logistics Routing, Compliance & Office Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients, retailers, and internal operations teams. This individual will oversee retailer compliance requirements, routing processes, client onboarding, WMS implementation support, reporting, billing audits, and day-to-day office operations.

This role requires a highly organized logistics professional with extensive experience managing shipments to major retailers and a strong understanding of retailer routing guides, compliance standards, and warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Account Management

  • Lead onboarding of new clients from implementation through operational launch.
  • Conduct Warehouse Management System (WMS) demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Coordinate setup of customer profiles, shipping requirements, retailer compliance standards, and reporting structures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational and compliance-related matters.

Retailer Compliance & Routing

  • Manage retailer routing requirements and shipping compliance for major retailers.
  • Ensure proper label generation, placement, ASN requirements, routing requests, appointment scheduling, and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain retailer compliance standards and proactively address potential chargeback risks.
  • Monitor retailer portals and communication channels for updates and requirements.

Reporting & Operational Support

  • Generate and distribute open order, closed order, and exception reports.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to resolve shipping issues and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Support inventory, order management, and operational reporting initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures.

Billing & Administrative Oversight

  • Work closely with site teams to establish customer billing profiles and invoicing structures.
  • Perform billing audits to ensure accuracy of storage, fulfillment, transportation, and value-added service charges.
  • Review customer contracts and ensure operational activities align with agreed billing terms.
  • Support office administration and cross-functional coordination across departments.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse management, transportation teams, customer service, and finance departments.
  • Help drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, retail compliance, routing, customer onboarding, or 3PL operations.
  • Extensive experience shipping to major retailers including:
    • Walmart
    • Costco
    • Amazon
    • Kohl's
    • JCPenney
    • Target
    • Macy's
    • Nordstrom
    • Other major retail and eCommerce channels
  • Strong understanding of retailer routing guides, ASN requirements, labeling standards, compliance programs, and chargeback prevention.
  • Experience working within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, retailer portals, and EDI environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a high-volume 3PL environment.
  • Knowledge of parcel, LTL, FTL, and retailer-direct shipping operations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
