Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing, safety-focused team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth workflow, accurate inventory management, and efficient order processing while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to meet performance and productivity goals.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound materials.
  • Coordinate workflow, staffing, and task assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Promote and enforce safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance coaching as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and leadership regarding operational needs.
