What will you be doing:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, customer experience, and regulatory compliance of the assigned branch. This position leads and develops branch employees, ensures efficient day-to-day operations, implements strategies to achieve business goals, manages risk, and builds strong relationships with customers and the local community.
What will you come with:
  • Bachelor's Degree and / or three to five years of office experience, which includes supervisory responsibility and delivery experience.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations, retail management, financial services, healthcare, distribution, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
  • Two years of direct supervisory or management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators.
  • DME Experience a plus
  • Registers or Certified Respiratory Therapist a plus
