Responsibilities
  • Lead teams handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
  • Monitor conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient freight movement.
  • Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight throughout the process.
  • Assign work and manage labor to meet production goals.
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
  • Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
  • Communicate daily goals and performance expectations.
  • Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.
• Qualifications
  • Previous lead, or supervisor experience preferred.
