How You Will Make a Difference:
- Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and cabling
- Use command-line tools on Linux and client-specific systems for diagnostics and management
- Provide first-level triage and support debugging IT hardware issues
- Manage server repair queue, execute hardware repairs, and supervise custom builds/reworks
- Coordinate with partner teams and support vendor visits on-site

- Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts
- Transport inventory by hand, material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts or pallet jacks), and box truck (No commercial driver's license required) by all safety procedures and protocol
