📦 DC Supervisor – Distribution Operations

A high-volume distribution center is seeking a hands-on DC Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, drive productivity, and support a fast-paced team environment.


What You’ll Do

• Supervise receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping operations

• Manage staffing plans, productivity, and daily production goals

• Utilize WMS reports to monitor performance and resolve operational issues

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates

• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

• Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and operational planning
