Overview

What you will do:
  • Deliver consistent and thorough project quotations by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics
  • Provide technical support to customers in the commercial roofing industry, drawing on extensive knowledge experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in commercial roofing and systems including Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro Plus to effectively convey benefits and establish credibility as a reliable source of information for customers
  • Break down customer orders based on material correlation and shipping points
  • Collaborate with sales team to negotiate material costs for project orders before initiating the ordering process
  • Effectively coordinate with Supply Chain, Branch Managers, and upcoming project orders to optimize material truck loading into the warehouse
  • Develop project schedules in collaborating with the sales team and customers, ensuring clearly communication of all project delivery details
What you will bring:
  • 5 years of experience in commercial roofing technical sales
  • High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence systems including Mincron, Salesforce, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro +; working knowledge of job tracking system
  • Extensive product knowledge and technical expertise in the commercial roofing industry
  • Strong customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and dedication to meeting deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
