The Senior Manager II, Site Engineer - Supply Chain, leads strategic partnerships within the Distribution Center to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role oversees process quality engineering efforts, applying advanced methodologies such as root cause analysis and Six Sigma to enhance performance and sustain improvements. The position requires managing multiple projects, aligning business priorities, and fostering a high-performing team environment. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating across functions, the role ensures efficient supply chain operations that meet customer and business needs while supporting Walmart's commitment to integrity, innovation, and operational excellence.
About the team:
The team oversees automated grocery building control centers, providing expertise in network grocery automation. They lead project implementation and sustainment by collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement. The team develops tools to enhance project analytics and operational efficiency, offers training support, and ensures alignment with business goals while managing organizational change. Focused on delivering results through effective project and risk management, the team plays a key role in advancing Walmart's supply chain operations with professionalism and integrity.

  • Lead strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end-to-end improvements within the Distribution Center.
  • Manage and balance workloads of Process Quality Engineers to support network and site-specific projects.
