We're looking for a Project Manager, Distribution Services - 12 Month Contract to play a key role in driving impactful projects across TJX Canada Distribution Centers. In this dynamic opportunity, you'll lead the planning and execution of medium to large-scale initiatives that enhance operations and support critical business objectives. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of medium to large-scale Distribution Services projects, developing clear project plans that define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.

  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that support operational goals, drive business value, and achieve measurable return on investment (ROI).

  • Develop business cases, conduct research and analysis, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making and prioritization of Distribution Services initiatives.

  • Translate business needs into actionable project requirements by evaluating processes, documenting technical and system requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and project closeout activities.

  • Design and implement process improvements by developing process maps, business requirements, and training materials that support operational excellence and user adoption.

  • Monitor project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and decisions are proactively managed and clearly reported.

  • Establish and apply project governance standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective project execution across Distribution Services.

  • Ensure project solutions comply with TJX privacy, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements while meeting business and operational needs.

  • Stay current on industry trends, supply chain and distribution center practices, and project management methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Stays informed about industry trends, developments on Distribution Centre and Supply Chain practices, and advancements in project management methodologies; leverage knowledge to drive continuous improvement and best practices within the organization.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; PMP certification and/or P.Eng. designation is an asset.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end projects within warehouse, distribution centers, logistics, or supply chain environments.

  • Experience implementing warehouse systems, automation solutions, and material handling equipment, including conveyors, racking, and automated technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of distribution operations, applicable safety and regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and DMAIC.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Labour Management Systems (LMS); Manhattan WMS/LMS experience is a strong asset.

  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, governance, risk management, business case development, and ROI tracking.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to influence and build partnerships across all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data, reporting, and performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting tools; experience with Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, or similar analytics platforms is preferred.

  • Flexibility to travel to Distribution Centers as required.
