What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing distribution center team. As a Warehouse Associate at JARS Cannabis, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our Distribution Center. Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, sorting, tagging, packing, organizing, and fulfilling inventory.
  • Conducting quality assurance for all inventory processes.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading products.
  • Picking and packing orders accurately.
  • Verifying and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Supporting product intake and warehouse organization.
  • Handling paperwork, printing, and labeling tasks, including METRC and dispatch processes.
  • Performing regular inventory counts.
  • Occasionally communicating with brands and clients.
  • Providing general assistance to Managers as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
  • Availability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong judgment, excellent work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, patience, and a process-driven approach.
