SUMMARY

The Distribution & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise to support store replenishment and order fulfillment. This role may be designated to support cross-functional priorities based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process daily distribution, including store replenishment, transfers, and manual billing activities.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for both store distribution and fulfillment orders while meeting expected productivity and pacing standards.
  • Prepare fulfillment orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and adherence to company guidelines prior to handoff to the Shipping team.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault, ensuring merchandise is secure and stored according to company standards.
  • Provide vault access in accordance with company procedures and security requirements.
  • Perform various data entry tasks, including updating system records, reviewing discrepancies, and communicating issues promptly.
  • Assist with receiving, checking-in, and routing incoming merchandise.
  • Support investigation and resolution of distribution or fulfillment-related variances and discrepancies.
  • Follow all SOPs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Participate in physical inventory audits and periodic cycle-count activities as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned to support department operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in distribution, fulfillment, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities between distribution and fulfillment needs.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Basic understanding of inventory, fulfillment, or ERP systems preferred.

OTHER SKILLS

  • Integrity and adherence to company policies.

PAY

$17-$19 an hour
