Distribution Associate: Roscoe, Illinois
Our customer in Roscoe, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Distribution Associates to work fulltime on 1st shift. As a Distribution Associate, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring materials are handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Distribution Associate:
  • Pick and fill out customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and issue materials to production as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  • Receive, process, and move incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as trained.
  • Monitor inventory levels and packaging materials.
  • Enter and track data using internal systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
Distribution Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding and fastpaced environment.
Pay for Distribution Associate: $18.50/hour.
