The Position: Distribution Associate
Job Location: Bolingbrook, IL, onsite
Schedule
Monday- Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
Starting Pay
$17.00 an hour
Essential Functions:
  • Perform all necessary warehouse duties such as receiving, processing and shipping of AKIRA inventory
  • Receiving duties may include, but are not limited to unloading and accurately counting all incoming shipments, receiving items into the WMS system
  • Processing duties may include, but are not limited to picking, sorting, censoring, scanning and packing of inventory
  • Shipping duties may include, but are not limited to safely palletizing and assembling orders for freight shipments according to retail location
  • Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • Safely operate in a warehouse environment, solid understanding of safety regulations
  • Able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift
  • Stand/walk 10 hours a day
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Be able to receive and give feedback effectively
  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
  • Basic math and recording abilities
