Distribution Associate DC- Seasonal
Role Profile

Position Summary:
The Distribution Associate - Seasonal role is an important part of our Distribution Center, reporting directly to the Assistant Director, DC. This is a non-exempt role. Key accountabilities for success include Web Fulfillment, Inbound Processing, and Inventory Replenishment. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of authentic, welcoming, supportive, and achievers. Key Accountabilities amp; Achievements:
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick, Pack, and Ship Online Orders: Efficiently select items from inventory, carefully pack them to ensure safe delivery, and prepare shipments for dispatch to customers and store locations.
  • Inbound Processing
    • Folding and Tagging Clothing: Prepare clothing items for inventory by folding and tagging them according to company standards.
    • Receiving and Sorting: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and sort items for further processing.
    • Put away items in bins using a handheld device.
  • Inventory Replenishment
    • Refill primary bins from overstock using a handheld device.
Knowledge, Abilities amp; Experience for Success:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is preferred.
  • Candidates should have the ability to learn and utilize new systems.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to move about and ascend/descend stairs, ramps, and ladders
  • Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner 
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
  • Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others
Work Environment:
  • The Warehouse Associate works indoors in a climate-controlled warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work a varying warehouse schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays and game days
  • Moderate noise (examples: business office and warehouse with computers and printers, light traffic)
