  • Training employees on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
  • Evaluating performance, providing coaching, and addressing performance concerns when necessary
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and recommending process improvements
  • Tracking daily performance metrics and preparing reports for management
  • Building a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and pride in doing great work

We're looking for someone who combines leadership skills with warehouse expertise.

You bring:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Superior decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to motivate others while holding your team accountable
  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Preferred:

This is an active leadership role that keeps you on the warehouse floor.

You'll need to:

  • Stand and walk on concrete floors throughout the workday
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
  • Frequently lift up to 20 pounds
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on operation
