Job description

Description

  • Participates in daily morning meetings
  • Monitors and maintains centerpointe and Stretta orders and inventory
  • Review SOP for Lowes Centerpoint reset orders
  • Compiles Centerpoint and Stretta orders for the day
  • Analyze skid size based on widest countertop and stack from largest to smallest top
  • Assists with Homecenter, Fabricator, Edgebader, and Splash Operator
  • Coordinates with Accessories and Distribution lead and assists with tasks as demand dictates
  • Delivers orders to Shipping department once orders are completed
  • Examines and completes Daily List created by Lead
  • Processes shipments in IFS as they are built, including creating Handling Units and attaching items
  • Reviews Centerpoint and Stretta orders for the following day
  • Arranges Centerpoint and Stretta storage area
  • Collaborates with Accessories and Distribution Lead to discuss orders
  • Compiles and review orders
  • Unloads trucks as they arrive
  • Collaborates with Accessories and assists when needed
  • Complies fabricator and Lowes orders
  • Reports scrap to Lead
  • Operates the CNC machine to cut miters for Stretta to cover demand
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • 1-3 years of Forklift experience
  • Valid drivers’ license
  • Forklift or heavy machinery certification.
  • All team members are expected to follow the Code of Conduct to the highest standards as well as to adhere to the Attendance Policy of VT Industries.
