Job description

1st shift weekday position in our Hebron, KY Distribution Center. Hours of operation are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Up to $19/hour


The Distribution Associate (M-F, 1st Shift) will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, checking product against packing lists, reporting inaccuracies or damage, placing product into locations accurately, and pulling, auditing, and confirming sales orders. report any inaccuracies or damages.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks and dock stockers.

  • Unload products from trucks and place in chronological order.

  • Audit products and report any inaccuracies or damages to supervisor.

  • Re-label products accurately.

  • Place products into specific locations using radio frequency scanner.

  • Pull, audit and process sales orders.

  • Monitor urgent orders to ensure immediate attention.

  • Confirm orders and complete bills of lading paperwork.

  • Process orders using FedEx system.

  • Stack orders on pallets.

  • Communicate with truck lines regarding orders.

  • Position orders on the FedEx and LTL trucks.

  • Generate closing reports.

  • Contribute to team productivity goals while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.


Qualifications Include:

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Cherry picker, reach truck and stand-up forklift experience

  • Reading, math, computer and telephone communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry at least 70 lbs.

  • Experience with radio frequency scanners preferred
