Job description

Zing Recruiting is in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Allentown, PA area, is seeking Distribution Associates to join their team! This is a regulated environment offering the opportunity to work with advanced warehouse systems while supporting critical healthcare supply operations.
Distribution Associate Job Summary:
  • Pay: $20.50 to $21.00 per hour
  • Shifts Available:
    • 10:00am to 6:30pm
    • 700am to 330pm
  • Pack, scan, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and Manhattan WMS
  • Verify product lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards
  • Coordinate with team leads and planners to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment staging
  • Prepare shipments by palletizing and organizing orders by destination and transportation requirement
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, DEA, cGMP, and GDP regulations, including handling controlled and temperature-sensitive products
  • Participate in cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives
  • Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to Inventory Control and Quality teams
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock and warehouse area
  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures

Distribution Associate Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan
  • Familiarity with DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP compliance is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a regulated environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
