Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Global Distribution Center Leaderwill support the strategic and operational management of distribution centers across the US, Europe, and APAC regions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing distribution center efficiency, ensuring robust inventory control, and leveraging SAP Warehouse Management systems to deliver seamless, cost-effective, and scalable logistics solutions. The leader will align global operations with business objectives, foster cross-regional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a global distribution strategy to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet service level agreements across all regions.
  • Oversee daily operations of distribution centers, implementing best practices to maximize throughput, minimize downtime, and improve order fulfillment rates.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, minimize write-offs, and optimize stock levels across all facilities.
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and utilization of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) systems to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in distribution center management, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role overseeing multi-regional operations.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), including implementation and optimization.
  • Strong track record of improving distribution center efficiency and inventory control in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency/certification in lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
